Chocolate Princess Birthday Cake

assalamualaikum..
okay ..20 hb mei aritue birthday kawan saya, hidayah rushadi ..
so..saye buat cake chocolate..n ianya menjadi kali nie ..alhamdulillah..
sbb saye mmg gune resepi baru..n of course ader larh saye ubah2 sedikit..

tue larh cake tue..

kat dalam die ader chocolate cake..

okay..saye xkan ajar buat princess cake nie..

sbb google jer larh..mesti dpt cari..hehe

saye malas r..

lagi pown cake Princess nie senang jer..

RESEPI CAKE CHOCOLATE 

• 1 cawan tepung gandum
• 1 cawan gula
• 1/3 cawan serbuk koko HINZT ( xsuke Hersey coz sgt pahit ..sgt2 )
• baking powder 1/2sk,
• baking soda 1/2sk
• 1 biji telur ( xnak letak pown xper )
• 1/2 cawan butter@ minyak masak -saya gune butter
• 1/2 cawan buttermilk@ susu segar - saya gune susukotak jer
• 1sk esen vanila
• 1/2 cawan air panas
• 1/4 cawan susu pekat 

CARA-CARA 

1. Panaskan oven dalam 170 ^0c   ( nie ikot atas oven larh yer ). Griskan loyang dgn butter
2. Ayak tepung dan baking soda@powder ke dalam mangkuk.Ketepikan.
3. Pukul gula dan butter. Masukkan telur dan pukul lagi.
4. Masukkan buttermilk/susu dan serbuk koko. Kacau sebati.
5. Masukkan air panas dan esen vanila.
6. Akhir sekali masukkan tepung yang di ayak tadi dan mix sebati.
7. Masukkan ke dalam loyang dan bakar lebih kurang 30-35min
8. Sejukkan..

TIPS AND TRICKS

1.  Kalau xletak telur pown xpe..sbb 2 biji cake saye xletak telur..n..naik jer n dienyer taste best larh
2. Untuk 2nd step iaitu pukul butter with sugar..better pukul butter sampai lembut dulu baru masukkan gula..
3. Kalo butter tue still keras ..mcm case saye , saye  nak wat suprise cake..so mmg xder mase nak tunggu butter tue lembut kan..so saye potong kecik2 butter tue ..then pukul dulu smpai r lembut ckit n masuk jer bahan2 laen ..okay biler daa smpai step masuk koko  n mix sebati..saye masukkan adunan tue ke dalam oven ..sekejap jer..dlm 5 minit..utk cairkan butter tdi ;) 
4. untuk menhias cake..utk ratakan icing ..saye guna kertas jer ..sgt mudah
5. untuk potong cake / hias cake tue better letak dlu cake dlm peti ais dalam 30 minit..supaya nanti kalo potong cake xpecah n mudah r nak letak icing tue.

okay..rasenyer itu sahaje..so selamat mencuba ;)

Medic Stories : help doctor i'm going to deliver the baby !!

  assalamualaikum..

hye..okay arinie balik awal..yeay yeay yeay...n kelas sgt best arinie ...double yeay yeay..;)

Medic stories..sepanjang saye belajar medic nie..prof/doctors  mesti akan ader cerite2 ataupown analogy yg best utk  menjadikan our pembelajaran lebih2 menarik n tidak bosan..its quite fun..at least for me..urmmm..n

saye skrg berade die unit OBSTETRICS AND GYNAECOLOGY ..

saye daa tgk org lahir normal , Caesarean section  , twins and unfortunately pernah jugak tgk intrauterine fetal death (dah r  nie case 1st kitaorg tgk kat O&G  department )  ..sedeyh sgt mase tgk baby yg meninggal tue

nie just cerite rekaan/ fiction semase prof mengajar kitaorg pasal management of normal labour ...

A tired doctor , who just going to  sleep  and..

..ring ring ring ..the phone ringing

Patient : doctor , i think i’m going to deliver the baby...

Doctor : okay , come to the hospital right now . i will come ...

In the labour room 

Doctor : its just 2 cm < sigh >

 Notes :

Utk melahirkan baby , bukaan cervix dalam 10 cm baru baby keluar..

So baru 2 cm , and phase nie dah r early  , lambat2 jer bukaan tue nak bukak ..tpi lepas  4 cm bukaan tue akan menjadi lebih cepat utk membuka..paham ke x??hihi..okay2 forget bout it..jus kene taw..2 cm baru so its gonna take at least 6-8  hours before delivery ..

So the doctor think that he have to attend the lecture tomorrow morning..n he  is really tired ..so he needs to sleep early

Then..... the doctor gave something to increase the contraction of uterus ( utk baby keluar lebih cpt )   although the uterus have a very good contractile properties . <-- it is forbidden to do that,  i will put  it in my mind n my heart .

So..the uterus will contract MORE than usual  ... the patient will feel a very severe pain because of the contraction  and the fetus

 inside maybe distressed?( in which the baby could be in danger ) etc ..(byk lagi complication tpi saye tulis nie jer erk) ..

and  the doctor wil be in the difficult situation.....

So moral of the story ..

For us ..as a physician ..we should not give that drug (  uterus contraction enhancer inducer?? betul ker x term nie.. ) to pregnant women who have good contractile  properties of uterus . and put in mind TO DO NO HARM . : )
